The Dan Snyder Man of the Year award serves as the most prestigious honor a Chicago Wolves player can earn. That’s how special Dan Snyder was – and this year’s winner of the Dan Snyder Award is pretty special too.
Goaltender Oscar Dansk received the 2019-20 award for numerous reasons – many of which are recounted during this episode of “Chicago Wolves: Life Under the Pandemic.” But the best story in this week’s podcast reveals the remarkable relationship Dansk has built with Angelo and the whole Daichendt family from Chicago’s Northwest Side.
